Windows 10 1803 update no FFmpeg running #116

Hi, I've been having trouble since the latest update to Windows 10 1803. The app will run, but the volume controller doesn't display FFmpeg as it would prior to 1803 being installed. I've attempted to re-install all the requirements for Windows 10, run as admin options, change to x64 (the OS is x64) files AND I've tested using the x64 updated version of FFmpeg, but still not working.
