It's not an issue, but I wanted to share that other apps exist and do exactly the same thing!!

https://github.com/melchor629/chromecaster-gui

Both works perfectly, the one from SamDel has almost no latency at all and the one from melchor has an nice GUI and lot of options.

It does not mean that your app Acidhax is not good, but for people who has problem to stream audio, it could be an alternative!
