scene tagging

one dream I've had for a while now is to take something like #4 a little further and curate information about mentions, appearances, & viewpoints such that statistics and other such things can be formulated

this may mean annotating or splitting chapters into scenes (and the epigraphs) which can then be tagged further with metadata such as
[ ] who is in the scene
[ ] who is the viewpoint
[ ] where it is set
[ ] when it happens (the fabled calendars) and how long it lasts
[ ] who or what only gets mentioned
[ ] what bits are speech or thoughts
