Add ability to download advanced modules straight from the IDE.

Set up a repository for advanced module information.
Add an "Install plugin" button:
- Opens up a view with plugins from the repository.
- Repo view has a dropdown ("Add Git submodule", "Download ZIP file")

Will need to update the plugin's CLI classes to work with FUEL's Cli methods for downloading / installing modules.
