Hi. Would it be possible to add an option to log all access to disk as well as forward to ES?

Hi @ingardm! It is possible and I will see what I can do. I will leave the case open and take a look as soon as I have some time free.
You will just have to take into account that you will need fast disks if you have high volumes of traffic :)
