Unable to setup devlopment environment locally for an exisiting adobe commerce cloud project (Version 2.4.5 p2).

We have a adobe commerce client and they gave us the access of staging environment. I am getting an error while executing the command " bin/magento-docker up". Below are the error details and local environment details. I would really happy if I get any help from this forum.

Error details:
ERROR: for build Container "8662b971ed63" is unhealthy.
ERROR: Encountered errors while bringing up the project.
