需求是这样的，已经实现了在光标位置随意插入n多个自定义block，但是我们PD想加入一个功能，就是在点击添加自定义block按钮的时候先弹框，让选择插入在文档底部还是顶部，确定后在顶部或者底部插入这个block。没看到有这个api,请教下是有这种相关的api吗？
