things to do before starting:

1. ADD DB_CONN_URI in .env
2. ADD PORT to change default port from 3000
3. Change jwt secret in helper.js
4. Complete the TODOs in app.js

for s3:

1. Change AMAZON_BUCKET_NAME to the s3 bucket name in .env
2. Replace aws_config.json in /api/v1/utils

for nodemailer:

1. Update EMAIL and EMAIL_PASSWORD in .env
