When you switched to saving the configuration to an XML file, you did not include the window size, position, column size and column position.

When you switched to saving the configuration to an XML file, you did not 
include the window size, position, column size and column position.  
Every time I start MQJExplorer, I have to move it and resize it.  
Also, if I change the columns via the Show/Hide Columns feature and click save, 
the information is not  saved.  When you restart MQJExplorer, the columns are 
back to the original positions. That is annoying.
