I'm trying to get the CPU/GPU temp readers activated on SysDash, but in it's settings, the only option it shows is SpeedFan. I don't even have SpeedFan installed, so how do I get it to detect HWinfo, and display the temps?

The guide assumes that you're using the master version of SysDash, which isn't mentioned in the guide.
You can download it by going to https://github.com/marcopixel/SysDash > Code > Download ZIP. Empty the contents of the ZIP into your Rainmeter Skins folder > Run HWinfo > Load the skin. You should then be able to see the settings you need.
