[Request] List of features i think would improve the Visualizer

1- Ability to rotate the visualizer (requested many times)
2- Ability to modify the height of the bars (something that "sensitivity" does, but makes it to when you have volume low, visualizer doesn't move
3- some kind of rainbow or fade effect

I believe that the first and third point are quite easy to make. I didn't quite get what you mean by "changing the height".

when i said how much they go up, i meant how much the bars extrude

In the variables.inc you can manually force some values over the ones predefined by the settings. If you want to make the bars not "break out" from the height check my issue 16.
