Not able to change App Title in WebUI #236

Describe the bug
I'm not able to change the App Title in the WebUI as you can see in the screenshot below. Ths input field is disabled by inline css.

Expected behavior
This should be possible.

Hi @pthoelken,

Changing the app title was disabled due to react-helmet issues.

Now with react 19 head title API it will be reintroduced.

160a272 re-enabled the customization. Future releases will have the app-title as a server side setting.
