Exporter using prometheus Go client library #2

Was there a particular reason you implemented this as a textfile collector and not an exporter?

It doesn't seem like there would be much to add https://prometheus.io/docs/guides/go-application/

The only reason was hurry. I plan to re-implement it as a proper exporter if enough people find it useful.
