Once the Program it's used and patched, it stops launching the Homerew Launcher by going to the Mii Maker [Tiramisu Method] #12

I used the Tiramisu Method (Because it was the only available method from https://wiiu.hacks.guide/) to get my Wii U hacked.
Once the program it's used, picked your desired language and Region and patch it, it stops the Mii Maker from going back to the Homebrew Launcher.
To fix that, you will have to restart the Wii U to restore it back to normal.
However, if you still have the Homebrew Launcher in your Wii U menu as it's own thing, you can still salvage it, although it won't be as accurate as the Homebrew Launcher from the Mii Maker.

Running the HBL via MiiMaker causes many issues with different homebrews. I suggest installing the HBL Channel and then removing the 05_hbl.rpx (or something similar) from the tiramisu folder in your sdcard. After this, you can run the HBL directly from that channel (instead of using Mii Maker). This should solve your issue.

-EDIT- This might be a more up-to-date channel, which is a forwarder to the hbl rpx you have in sd./wiiu/apps: https://github.com/wiiu-controller-mods/homebrew_launcher/releases/tag/channel_v2
