Reduce Size

The repository has gotten a little big. Here are some possible ways to reduce the size, note that a history cleanup will need to be done after to actually reclaim the space (BFG tool suggested).

1. Convert all presentations to pdf - higher compression and browsers/github can render without downloading
2. Move all data zips to Team Drive and link to them in the docs.
3. Provide subfolders of code as sub downloads, maybe by release, or in the Team drive, if someone just wants one tutorial of code.
