User IDs links inside a User Group are constructed wrong #935

in User Groups if you click on a User ID link...

it generates something that 404s like:
https://managers.mapswipe.org/user/1WVu1g0X91YnnybMyTq9PoPvyHu1/

but "managers" should be "community" like this:
https://community.mapswipe.org/user/1WVu1g0X91YnnybMyTq9PoPvyHu1/
