Ah, indeed the issue is actually with dublin.md, which has the following three feeds:
The Dart is absent, and based on the file history, always has been. In fact, I cannot seem to find such a feed in a quick search, which is somewhat surprising. I'll keep looking. |

Apparently a unified GTFS file, which includes a number of agencies, is available at https://www.transportforireland.ie/transitData/Data/GTFS_Realtime.zip; I'll give this a try. |
Indeed, with this file, parsed using https://github.com/mapnificent/mapnificent_generator, the exact same URL (same position, same time) as #49 (comment) gives this:

For Dublin, Ireland, the DART appears not to be taken into account. As an extreme example, riding Malahide->Bray takes 75 minutes:

This is an extreme example for illustration; smaller, but still-pronounced effects, are evident on more realistic commutes.
The issue reproduces when building myself from the main branch, as well as on current-live mapnificent.net. I have a vague recollection that this used to work correctly for DART. The other two major public transport mechanisms in Dublin, Luas and Dublin Bus, work correctly; my guess is something about the GTFS source for DART is misconfigured.
