Expand Open Schools Kenya to multiple locations

OSK was originally focused on Kibera, and much of the site is built with that assumption in mind. In the mean time, Map Kibera has expanded school data collection work to other sites (Mathare) and is planning to expand further soon.

The ultimate goal is to cover all of Kenya in the same detail as Kibera is now. At this stage, I think it's functionally ok to focus on a specified and modifiable list of locations.

Parts of the site structure, site content, and data are all now Kibera specific and need to be expanded on.

Site Structure

• Home page map zooms in on Kibera. Should zoom out to all schools in OSK, or show boundaries of distinct areas covered (Kibera, Mathare, etc).
• Each distinct location should have its own sub page (http://openschoolskenya.org/location/kibera/), or filter, that zooms in the map, and shows any location specfic content.
• The map statistics currently are based only on the filters, not on what is in the mapview. Stats should total up what's currently filtered and in view.

Content

• References to Kibera in text on index page
• Stories in header all talk about Kibera -- may want tags on blog posts to filter on the location pages
• Blog stories all talk about Kibera -- this is a job for Map Kibera, to post new stories for other locations

Data

• sync.py only collects data from Kibera. Should collect from all locations
• None of the Mathare schools are linked to Kenya Open Data. This is a job for Map Kibera
