tag and source adjustments in the future

sorry if I lost some infos.
Feel free of course to add it back (let's me known if you want me to do it.)
but what's the meaning of wb_pb:id ?
it it's a ref with an external database, a ref:<external_database_name> would be better.
also use a source tag, that help to understand the meaning of funny tag. I thought it was an
undocumented import.

For the next county, we'll use the ref:* tag, design a source on changesets, and add a page on the wiki explaining the project more.
