Journalbeat RPM build fails because the repo https://github.com/asteris-llc/{{.Name}}/releases/download/{{.Version}}/{{.Name}}.tar.gz no longer exists.

I need to figure out exactly how this was packaged and reproduce it based on https://github.com/mheese/journalbeat

It looks like you can now download binaries from https://github.com/mheese/journalbeat/releases. We didn't do anything special for the build. At the time there weren't pre-compiled binaries.
