I would like to set the 'Projections' to be images from two (or more) different folders, and specify in which order the folders should be read. Similar with the log files.
This is because our experiment stopped part way through due to the beam going down at ISIS. As a result the experiment is spread over two folders.
The naming of the files in both folders starts with 0 so it means I would also need to specify which folder is read first.
This seems like a really specific request, but I imagine that the beam going down is a pretty common problem in ISIS so I assume that there will be other users who have data spread across multiple folders. I also imagine that it could easily be the case that a user wouldn't have the scripting knowledge to be able to rename all of the files appropriately fo read in.
Current Behaviour
Currently I can only set the projections to be located in one folder.
To load in my dataset I have to write a script to rename the files in the second folder to start with the final index of those in the first folder (+1) and move them into the first folder. I think I will also have to merge the log files.
