Hello!
the reproduce of "Non-linear Matrix Factorization with Gaussian Processes" is very helpful for me recently,but there are some problems I
met:

  1. where is the dataset named : 'ratings-ordered.csv'
  2. how to install mangaki.algo.dataset in my win10.
