Overloaded Css file #23

Hi,
not very important for the moment, but may be for a next release,
but it seems that the overloaded for the css file doesnt work.

I create this overloaded file :

/ themes/xswatch4/modules/tag/assets/css/style.css but this file is not used ( I cleared cach and used maintenance)
