Wrong temperature displayed

Hi!

I have configured an IR heater (UK Herschel brand) in Tuya Local. The integration suggested using the klarstein_wonderwall_irheater.yaml configuration (only the Device id: is different id: 4aVbNfxEYUbylvvW). It works well, except for the current temperature, which is read with an x10 factor (e.g. 180 C instead of 18.0 C). I don't know how to change that in the device config file.

Any idea/suggestion?

the temperatures can be scaled by adding the following to the dps definitions

mapping:
  - scale: 10

But this difference indicates that it isn't really compatible with the Klarstein device, so making a new config for this device would be better if there is not another matching config that has the right temperature scale already.

I have created a separate config file for this IR heater (changed the id device). Based on what I can see, it works well.

The scale mapping param works for seeing the current and set temperatures correctly. The only problem is that the set temp change is 0.1 degrees when in fact, the device allows 1-degree changes. I tried to add a step:10 in mapping but it reverts the temp to x10 the real one (but changes then in step of 10). Haven't found a solution but not an expert of YAML so not sure where I'm getting it wrong...

Let me know if you want me to open a new device issue if you think this is not enough.

I guess you added the step: 10 as a separate item in the list under mappings (preceded by -)? It needs to be a single item with both scale and step specified;

mapping:

    step: 10
