Cop: Style/SafeNavigation

Rubocop currently requires to change this:

user.name if user
user.address.country if user

to this:

user&.name # Fine
user&.address&.country # Please not

Safe navigations should only be suggested for single invocations. Chains of two are already disputable and should not be enforced.

Rubocop should agree with this:

user&.name
user.address.country if user
