Inventory GUI looks wrong with ServerUtilities/FTB Utilities and with custom texture pack

Satchels renders serverutilities/ftb utilities icons far away from the inventory when the satchels aren't equipped:

and when satchels are equipped it messes up the texture of my inventory

as you can see, the custom texture pack textures are messed up and some are even on the satchel gui

ServerUtilities added the ability to move around the icons freely, however the texture of the inventory bug is still a problem.
