This is not strictly a problem with safe_app_nodejs, but I want to raise an issue here for comment and as a request for help, because it only occurs since v0.9.x. I have demostrated the issue with safenetwork-fuse and, by reverting that to safe-node-app v0.8.1 shown that the issue goes away.
I think the ability to package SAFE CLI apps for Linux, Windows and Mac OS with pkg is valuable, so would like to find a way to resolve this, though for now I can just continue with v0.8.1.
