As a owner, I would like to show the main offers so that the client can take advantage of them and thus have more sales.

Assumptions:

The owner or an admin user can change this kind of promotions

Requirements:

The “FREE SHIPPING” Use the Playfair Display font at bold
Add icon overlaying a horizontal line
Mobile version (Responsive)
Adapt the box to the screen of the device
