Anything like JuicePassProxy that would work for the Emporia EVSE? #90

It doesn't happen too often, but if my internet is out, I'm unable to control the EVSE as usual. (workaround was to set phone as hotspot set to the EVSE's expected network, and at least turn on the charger).

With EnelX going away and stranding Juicebox EVSEs, it's a reminder of the cloud vulnerability for Emporia devices. I have already esphomed one of my Vues and could do the others if needed, but I don't know of a solution for the EVSE.

Would something like https://github.com/JuiceRescue/juicepassproxy work for the EVSE, to make a local control solution? Maybe easier than reverse engineering the EVSE enough to make esphome work?

That's a cool option but likely more work than I could take on personally. If someone else finds a way to do something similar that'd be awesome. I know the EVSE uses an ESP32 (assuming the newest ones are the same as the early production one I have) so a firmware replacement isn't likely too crazy hard, like people have done with the main devices. Hopefully we don't need one any time soon but I am in full support of a local option (ideally straight from Emporia).
