Configure PayPal Payflow Pro using 3D Secure

1. Log in to admin
2. Navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration > SALES > Payment Methods
3. Expand "PayPal Payment Gateways" fieldset
4. Click on "Configure" button for "PayPal Payflow Pro (Includes Express Checkout) " method
5. Specify Required settings for method from Test Data (use https://wiki.corp.x.com/display/MPI/PayPal+Sandbox+Accounts for test credentails)
   [Default Data]
   Use via Payment Bridge = No (if available)
   Email Associated with PayPal Merchant Account (Optional) = test credentials
   Partner = test credentials
   Vendor = test credentials
   User = test credentials
   Password = test credentials
   Test Mode = Yes
   Use Proxy = No
   Enable this solution = Yes
6. Specify Basic settings for method from Test Data
7. Expand 'Advanced Settings' fieldset in Basic setting section and fill Test Data
8. Click on "Save Config" button
