Last time it was done in 2020 by python scripts from #6190. Verify tests (on local run) show cards and sets statistics, also it show non implemented sets.

As not critical consequences:

  • It will increase minimum memory requirements/usage by 50-100 MB (on deck editor usage)
  • It will increase images size from 15 GB to 20 GB (for big images)
