Just curious if there's a technical obstacle to wrapping something like the File System Events API: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/coreservices/file_system_events ?

It's part of CoreServices, which is fairly difficult to map (also discussed in #393 (comment)).

I'll try to get around to adding it before the next patch release, but depends on the difficulty, so won't promise anything.

Added CoreServices in a5dc9d6 (though without CarbonCore, so some APIs are still missing, but it should be usable).
