Cannot build SmartCardServices/SecurityTokend on 10.6: xcodebuild - 10 - No child processes

Build Platform: OSX 10.6.3 on a 32-bit only machine

uname -a: Darwin luminilocal.local 10.4.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.4.0: Fri Apr 23 18:28:53 PDT 2010; root:xnu-1504.7.4~1/RELEASE_I386 i386

Tested Versions: 10A432, 10C540, and 10F569

When I try to build SmartCardServices or SecurityTokend, I end up with a failed build that seems to be able to pull other items, but not everything else needed. Attached are logs from clean builds on 10C540.

10.4.0 => Mac OS X 10.6.4

Workaround: try Mac OS X 10.6.3
