Several small fixes and enhancements

Several small fixes (#5)

* Removes two unused flags.

* Adds some additional error/failure checking to mustGetIfaces().

* Trims any possible whitespace from the COMMUNITY environment variable.

Adds new -datadir flag

Adds new flag -datadir (#4)

* Adds the Docker image build back to the Cloud Build config.

* Adds a missing hash in front of a comment.

* Changes to accommodate new -datadir flag.

* Modifies Test_Write() test for metrics to better handle the new -datadir flag input.

Initial release.
