This is from the CDW Outpat.Vdiagnosis table. In this CDW table, a diagnosis/diagnoses is/are given for the reason of that particular visit (can be more than one diagnosis per visit i.e. multiple rows per visit). The primary diagnosis is marked with 'P' in CDW which is the Primary Diagnosis field seen in the data UI. The secondary diagnosis is marked with an 'S' in CDW. The Diagnosis of Interest field in the Data UI will list all diagnoses given for that particular visit for both primary and secondary diagnoses.

Any diagnosis that is not PTSD, Depression, AUD or OUD will be listed as "other" in the Data UI.
