Once you have chosen the clinics to include in your team's data file (using the ClinicSelection tab in your team’s data file), you can choose either to “Get Patient Level Data” or to "Create Team Data Table" (see Learner See guide for MTL Blue Session 3 or MTL Red Part 2).
"Get Patient Level Data" pulls a hyper-local query of patient data and team trends based on the clinics you chose that make up your team.
"Create Team Data Table" calculates parameters (means, medians and percentages) of key variables for selected MTL modules (CC, MM, PSY, AGG, SP**) and saves the file in the team_data_table folder.
Unlike Patient Level Data, for the Team Data Table, you must choose which module(s) you want to generate parameters for:
all the modules including SP (All with SP)
all the modules without SP (All without SP)
one individual module (CC, MM, PSY, AGG, SP)
**If you include the SP module, you must select clinics on the SPReferrals tab that your team refers to (if you are a General Mental Health team) or receives referrals from (if you are a Specialty Mental Health team).
