[Feature request] extract the current block/heading only

Hello.
Thank you for this plugin, it works very nicely to split down notes that are big. Many times I don't worry about mocs and just let them become that using this plugin.

Sometimes, however, I just want to extract a section of a note. I use a lot of h2, and sometimes I want to extract just one h2 from the middle of the document, but it seems there is no such opt~n. Will be awesome if you can add this functionality.
