Monitor mode cannot capture 802.11 management frame packets #5

I modified the CONFIG_WIFI_MONITOR=y in the Makefile file so that the driver supports monitor mode. However, this cannot capture 802.11 management frame packets, such as RTS/CTS packets.
Is there something that isn't doing it right?

Probably, but I do not debug these Realtek vendor steaming piles of ****. If you figure out whatis wrong, I will add you patches, but that is my limit.
