Not able to get best wifi speed via dhcp

fixed uploading my make file config

change "CONFIG_RTW_UP_MAPPING_RULE = tos" to "CONFIG_RTW_UP_MAPPING_RULE = dscp"
2.change "DIRTY_FOR_WORK = y" to "DIRTY_FOR_WORK = n"
