There is a note on https://github.com/lutraconsulting/qgis-moor-tools-plugin#string-replacement for QGIS 3. Would it be possible to update the README with some screenshots?

That note is not valid anymore. Mentioned in README keywords will now be replaced at every occurrence within a template as README explicitly states.
