Replace `xdg` crate for windows support? #56

Hi there! I was trying to install this project on Windows and got this error:

55 |     xdg::BaseDirectories::with_prefix(APP_DIR_NAME)
   |          ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ could not find `BaseDirectories` in `xdg`

I could find this related issue, where an alternative crate is proposed for platform compatibility. Do you think it is feasible to support windows?
