Describe the problem
Most users (citation needed) don't hover over the ? to understand the tooltip. Furthermore, the said tooltip does not work on mobile layouts.

Describe the feature
We can either fix the "?" to be viewable on mobile layouts as well, or make the tooltip a one-time show thing for new users?
It could also simply be grey and small text below the button? Any change to make it more intuitive and visible is probably better than the state it is in right now.
