  1. Создал на веб-сервер папку "aspia".
  2. Cкопировал в неё содержимое папки upload.
  3. Открываю в браузере http://mywebserver.local/aspia
  4. Вижу что происходит редирект на http://mywebserver.local/installer (???)
  5. Ошибка 404 (ещё бы...)

Что, собственно, не так?
