[Feature Request]: Make panel floating while there is a maximized window

I believe I saw @luisbocanegra mentioned this feature somewhere.
Is this feature still in the roadmap?

Always floating can be Faked by using the built-in Fake Floating preset or by manually adding your own margins to an existing preset that uses a custom background for the Panel.

Making the Native panel background floating will most likely not be possible as it will most likely be controlled by the C++ side of the panel's code.

Will leave this open for now in case there is a way.
