Translation for de_DE

Hello, I made a German translation for myself for your plasmoid, but want to make it available for others as well.
I used kpac to extract the translatable content and remerged the translation back into the plasmoid. Feel free to use it.

In the tarball you will only find the translation, a readme, and a template. If one wants to use the kpac file, please note that it needs to be edited to reflect the correct folders (currently line 7 and 8)
