可以換兵、錢、糧、技巧、俘虜、妃子、武將、城池、聲援、還有沒有？
断交应该把在野“运输兵”除外（后方委托一直在运输，一直断交不了）
断交这条设置的意图是害怕偷城，但是如果两线、三线开战的话，就会一直断交不了，会拖延战局，如果有个范围界定就好了
