Quick start CLI

Getting started with Lucia is kinda tedious with lots of copy-pasting from the docs so I wonder if we can streamline the DX. Having something like npx lucia-auth init command might be a solution.

This will:

1. Install the required dependencies
2. Configure the database schema
3. Handle the boilerplate

(1) should be pretty straight-forward, (2) might only be possible with some database, and (3) can only work with a new project (eg. hooks.server.ts has to be non-existent).
