How to setup panucatt device for ESP3D 3.0?

in 3.0 configuration.h be sure these define are presents:

#define ESP_SD_CS_PIN                  5

#define ESP_FLAG_SHARED_SD_VALUE       0

Note: 3.0 is a breaking change so webui files / settings / macros / preferences need to be updated also.

⚠️ Warning : be sure you do a backup of your existing firmware and files in case of problem, the change is under your responsability not mine.

If you get SD Card not found, change speed factor to 6 using WebUI or [ESP202] command
