Item Averages ignoring zero/empty entries

We have had several requests for a feature that would allow an instructor to ascertain some grade item statistics that ignore zero or empty entries. The most common is the request to see the mean of the item when ignoring the above mentioned entries. We need a time assessment on this prior to presenting to the MDAC for approval.
