Provide status of ZTF #224

It would be helpful if the page 'Lasair Ingestion Status' either showed the current status of ZTF or else have a link to a ZFT status page. I wondered why my filter had stopped working and from the size of the logfiles on the ZTF site and the lack of transients ingested into Lasair it appears the telescope is not working at present.

Users following up the alerts automatically woulf probably like to know that the status so they can redirect their follow up activities to other work.

You can look at the weather situation at Palomar
